August 16. 2013 I joined Coquese Washington, Head Coach of the Penn State Lady Lion Basketball Team, in her golf tournament to benefit the Centre County Women’s Resource Center. I volunteered by folding programs for the lunch and tearing raffle tickets, paper clipping them together. When my hands couldn’t handle the small paper clips, a friend just asked for bigger ones. Everyone has limitations, however EVERYONE can contribute! Having a disability is no excuse.
It is our responsibility! Reach out to your community for you are needed!
